AxiomONE Dynamic Performance Manager

This policy-based information management component delivers differentiated performance levels based on customer requirements. The Pillar Axiom manages system resources to simultaneously deliver multiple levels of service from a single storage pool. And you can perform application-specific system tuning by answering a few simple questions about the application, such as priority level and file size.

The application-aware PillarAxiom can take it from there. Dynamic Performance Manager will automatically configure data placement, spindle striping levels, mirroring, priority queues, network bandwidth and caching algorithms to deliver the appropriate level of application-level performance based on business requirements.

CloneFS/LUN

Provides a point-in-time, read-write block-level snapshot of a file system that points to the original data and can be mounted as a standalone file system for immediate use. No cache is required, only a minimal amount of physical capacity is used, and the writable clone retains all attributes of the source file system, including Snap FS snapshots. Use AxiomONE CloseFS to enhance your projects in application testing, data mining, parallel processing, online recovery, and more.

AxiomONE SnapFS

AxiomONE SnapFS allows you to capture a read-only point-in-time snapshot of a file system which is primarily used to recover data on a file-by-file basis.

AxiomONE SnapRevert

Take a point-in-time snapshot of a LUN which can assume the identity of its parent LUN. Use AxiomONE SnapRevert to revert a LUN to a previous point in time snapshot, making data and application recovery as seamless as possible when an event such as accidental deletion or corruption makes it necessary.

AxiomONE SecureWORMfs

Providing unalterable, disk-based data preservation, AxiomONE SecureWORMfs delivers cost-effective, scalable, non erasable, non-rewritable storage for fixed content by delivering industry accepted Write Once, Read Many (WORM) technology within Pillar Axiom storage environments.

AxiomONE SecureWORMfs enables archiving solutions with auditing features to comply good corporate governance requirements and with government regulations and compliance initiatives such as SEC 17a-4 in the United States, or the UK Data Protection Act.
